OUR SERVICES

I have stayed two of his houses for more than two years

now and my student life being enhanced by the studying atmosphere that is at his all student residences.

I have come to know Richard as a landlord who listens to any concerns or complaints that are raised by tenant.

His uniqueness that separates him from other landlords is that he is willing to take in student tennants's ideas of any improvements as he always ask for routine feedbacks.

The rental charges are good and reasonable as he provides a service that is excellent and a good value for money.

"We offer a number of properties for rent in the Whitmore Reans area of Wolverhampton, very close to the University and the centre of town, at very competitive prices. We offer all inclusive rental contracts. No need for Estate Agents, deal with us directly. With over 15 years of experience if you're renting away from home for the first time you’ll find our staff efficient and always happy to help. Our gardens are maintained throughout the year for your enjoyment, we supply hammocks and pub picnic tables

 

Our rent includes gas, electric, water and high speed wifi.

 
Our homes are kept warm through out the year, so no need to worry.

 
All our furniture is design led and purchased from
Ikea.

 
All our houses have modern integrated kitchens and bathrooms.

Email us and book a viewing as our homes tend to be reserved well in advance.
If you like what you see and you would like to reserve one of our homes we require a one off admin fee of £50 per tenant to cover administration and referencing costs, payable alongside your deposit (£250 per tenant). No other fees and nothing else to pay until you move in.



 

Your deposit....
 

Once you have moved in your deposit will be protected by the government backed
“My Deposits’ scheme. When you first arrive a detailed picture inventory of every
room is completed which you are able to add remarks to and highlight anything you
feel necessary. The inventory is then signed by both you and one of our representatives. This procedure ensures that all deposits are returned fairly with no misunderstandings. Deductions maybe taken from your deposit for any damages, cleaning or left rubbish,

all easily avoidable. Please check our rental contract which explains these potential costs clearly.

References maybe required from your employer, college/university, or from a previous landlord. Personal guarantors are required.
